Your Role as a CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personal care and emotional support to hospice patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance with daily living activities in accordance with individualized care plans

Promote patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being

Communicate effectively with the care team and families

Document care promptly and accurately

What We're Looking For

Education : High school diploma or GED

Certification : CNA certification with completed training

Experience : Two years preferred (hospice or home care experience a plus)

Skills : Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently

Other Requirements : Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
