Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.
• Preferred 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
• BSN completion preferred

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Preferred Skills / Experience : General med surg

Types of Patients on Unit : General medical, surgical, some ortho, some behavioral health, some OB surgical, pediatric

Special Requests : Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling : Yes On Call Requirement, No on-call requirements, if they are willing to pick up where we are short or have call outs that would be acceptable.

Floating Requirements : float to bmed, ortho, PCU

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
