Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, focusing primarily on concrete and utility work. This role is crucial in ensuring our bids are competitive and profitable, contributing to our overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements for estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Submit proposals and bids on construction projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and budget constraints.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy in estimates.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain required pricing information.
• Participate in bid reviews and negotiations with clients to secure contracts.
