Senior Technical Designer (New York)

Title : Senior Technical Designer Intimates / Apparel

Location : 4 days onsite in FiDi - Water St NYC

Pay Rate : $50 / hour W2 + Benefits

Duration : Through Dec 2025 (Contract could lead to extension in other category)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to join a fast-paced, high-volume intimates and apparel team in Lower Manhattan. This is an exciting opportunity to work on beautiful, detail-driven products with a strong emphasis on fit, comfort, and quality .

The brand portfolio includes womens apparel, sleep, lounge, sport, swim, and intimates , offering a wide range of category exposure and creative collaboration.

What Youll Do :

• Lead fit sessions and write clear, detailed fit comments
• Create and update tech packs, BOMs, and pattern corrections
• Partner closely with design and production to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
• Manage vendor communication to drive approvals and timely corrections
• Use tools such as Centric PLM, Adobe Illustrator, and Excel
