Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Accounts Supervisor to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team responsible for managing patient billing and accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in healthcare and leading a team, we invite you to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal procedures
  • Daily / weekly Performance Reports
  • Handles complex requests such as escalated calls
  • Holds production meetings to review job status, metrics, workflow issues, and roadblocks
  • Interviewing / staffing

Requirements :

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Nice to have : Knowledge of healthcare billing software
  • Nice to have : Call center experience
