Plant Manager

This position is with a well-established, medium-sized organization in the business services sector. The company operates in the engineering and manufacturing department, offering innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Job Description

Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring production goals are met. Oversee safety, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing processes. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance. Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production data to identify trends and implement necessary changes.

A successful Plant Manager should have :
