Sr On-Site Service Spec.Offsite MS

West Chester, PA (Onsite)

Part-time Senior On-Site Services Specialist position supporting mail and copy operations. Location : 1301 Wilson Dr., West Chester, PA 19380. Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM. This is a temp-to-perm role beginning 10 / 20 / 2025 and ending 1 / 17 / 2026 , with potential for early direct hire. Parking is provided.

Responsibilities

Operate high-volume copy machines; perform binding, finishing, and quality checks

Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming / outgoing mail and faxes

Process FedEx shipments and apply postage as needed

Maintain copier supplies and perform basic maintenance (toner, paper loading, clearing jams)

Scan / image documents; file, purge, or archive as requested

Perform light maintenance, cleaning, or meeting room setup

Track job charges and maintain service logs

Travel twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to local post office using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Answer customer questions and provide updates on job requests

Occasionally serve as receptionist or perform building support tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

1 2 years of related experience; copy / mail experience preferred

Valid driver s license and auto insurance

Ability to use copiers, bindery equipment, fax machines, postage meters, and PC

Basic knowledge of shipping / receiving procedures

Comfortable with basic computer tasks (MS Office)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented

Business casual dress code required

Occasional overtime may be requested (not mandatory)
