Being an Executive Assistant at Devereux Pocono has its advantages. This position provides you the opportunity to be an important team member within the Leadership Team. The position interacts with all levels of the Center and allows you to utilize high-level executive skills and project management.

Every day as an Executive Assistant you will...

• Provide administrative support for the Executive Director.
• Coordinate support for the Center.
• Schedule and attend meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Ensure the highest level of customer support is provided to internal and external points of contact.

You will be offered :

PAY RATE : $22.56 / hr - $25.72 / hr dependent upon experience

Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living and sharing in the development, implementation and evaluation process for overall residential operation.

Qualifications

EDUCATION : Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Four-year degree in administration or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 5 years' experience at an increasing level of responsibility providing administrative support. Minimum of 2 years in a social or health services setting preferred. Advanced skills in MS-Word, Excel, and other software programs, including graphics, is necessary. Knowledge of Marketing and Development concepts and practices strongly preferred.
