Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in absence of degree
• Demonstrated Data Analytics experience
• Experience working with large datasets – system level extraction, formatting, ingestion / aggregation, and / or processing data
• Demonstrated experience with statistics with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience with programming and query development (i.e. C++, Python, SQL)
• Demonstrated experience with project management (i.e. managing cost, schedule, deadlines)

What You Will Be Doing

As a Data Analyst supporting the Sustainment Spares Modeling and Demand Planning Team in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve as a critical link between data, decision-making, and mission success. In this, you will apply your analytical skills to forecast spares needs, streamline supply chain operations, and support the sustainment of advanced defense systems. You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to identify data trends, automate processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and readiness. Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
