Performance Tester with OMS Background

Test Strategy Planning :

Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for Manhattan WMS modules, interfaces, and API integrations.

Define test scripts, scenarios, and data requirements for various warehouse functions.

Test Execution Automation :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for UI testing of the Manhattan WMS.

Conduct API testing and integration testing for backend services supporting warehouse operations, utilizing tools like Postman or similar.

Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing of the Manhattan WMS and its related systems.

Implement and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts for recurring tests to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Defect Management & Collaboration :

Identify, document, log, track, and manage software defects using tools like JIRA.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.

WMS Expertise :

Possess a strong understanding of warehouse processes, including inventory control, order management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, to build realistic test scenarios.

Validate WMS configurations, RF device workflows, and label printing logic.

Performance & Scalability :

Support performance and load testing of the WMS and its interfaces to ensure system scalability and responsiveness.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular status reports on testing progress and defect metrics.

Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

Agile Participation :

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
