Description
The Transaction Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end mortgage loan acquisition process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution. This role manages the acquisition pipeline, resolves aged production issues, responds to diligence requests, and drives continuous improvement in systems and processes. Additionally, the Transaction Manager supports client training and cultivates strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in operational acquisition and securitization, and a track record of addressing both business and technical challenges. Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Local Candidates work hybrid in office, 2-3 days per week in Bloomington, MN. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
