We offer
Job Summary
This position provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to ICHS patients, in addition to WIC and First Steps nutrition consults. It also represents ICHS in the local community health fairs and community Kitchen as a nutrition expert. Offers nutrition guidance and advice to Health Educators, Community Advocates, Child Birth Educators and Behavioral Health staff.
Education - Registered and Certified Dietitian (RD, CD) or Master’s Degree in Nutrition or Public Health.
Experience - Two (2) years of clinic experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in a hospital or community-based clinic; two (2) years of WIC nutrition experience; one (1) year of experience working in multi-cultural health care clinic; experience working with the public and good social / communications skills required.
Other Requirement(s) - Active independent WA State license or registration to practice nutrition and dietetic. Bilingual in Asian / Pacific Islander languages preferred;
