Facilities Manager
Comp : From $75,000 - $80,000 / yr
Location : Madison, IN
Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Facilities Manager direct hire position in Madison, IN.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all facility maintenance operations across multiple locations
- Plan and manage department budgets and business plans
- Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.)
- Manage facility waste, wastewater, and environmental permits (air, water, storm water)
- Supervise vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work
- Maintain fork truck and company vehicle fleets
- Oversee water cooling tower, sprinkler, and intercom systems
- Ensure all facilities comply with OSHA and local building codes
- Maintain building grounds and systems
- Respond promptly to urgent facility issues and support other operational needs
Required Skills & Qualifications :
TERMS : This is a direct hire position that pays from $75,000 - $80,000 / yr.
