Reveal Design Group is an award-winning lighting design firm specializing in boutique hospitality, restaurants, retail, sports facilities, and high-end residential projects. We are seeking a full-time Lighting Project Manager to join our Procurement Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on distinguished architectural projects across the U.S. and internationally, in a creative and collaborative environment.   • Theatrical Stage Managers, Technical Directors, Assistant Lighting Designers
  • Millwork shop estimators, Construction Managers
  • Professionals who quickly learn technical concepts and enjoy problem-solving

Responsibilities

We are seeking talented applicants to collaborate with our design team in supporting our designs with budgeting, bidding, fixture purchasing, construction administration, technical fixture research, mock-up tests of lighting details, site coordination with contractors, and general project support. This is an opportunity for a candidate who is interested in gaining new knowledge every day and contributing to distinguished architectural projects.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe InDesign, and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with databases (Oasis sales software preferred)

    • Knowledge

  • Architectural lighting fixtures and electrical installation
  • Lighting controls (Theatrical or Architectural preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings

    • Soft Skills

  • Clear and concise communication (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail

    • Education

  • Degree in Architectural Lighting, Theatrical Design, or Construction Management preferred

    • We are centrally located in Chelsea with a project list that extends throughout the United States and overseas. Benefits are provided, including 401K, 20 days of PTO (Paid Vacation and Sick days combined), Summer Fridays, and subsidized Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, & Vision Insurance. Salary is commensurate with experience within the range of $70,000 to $80,000. Candidate must be passionate about design and eager to learn in a creative environment.
