Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse - ORC - Operating Room - Circulate

Uniti Med is seeking an experienced Operating Room - Circulate Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Albion, NE. Shift : 4x8 hr days Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks

Provides general nursing care to patients during the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative surgical experience. Manages the non-sterile field and observes the sterile field during a surgical procedure. Responsible for a safe recovery and arousal of the patient from the effects of anesthesia and observing for any potential post-surgical complications.

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate of an accredited school / college of nursing

Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Nebraska

Knowledge of sterile technique and its application

Knowledge of cautery equipment and audio visual equipment

Knowledge of aseptic technique

Must be able to take call and respond within 30 minutes

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Previous operating room experience
