Hudson Regional Hospital is currently seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Job Summary

The Director for Revenue Cycle Management (“Director”) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Billing and Business Office Operations related to all billing activities (facility and professional). This includes working with the Assistant Vice President, Revenue Cycle to develop, plan, organize and implement current and future strategies for billing, collections, processing payments, minimizing bad debt, and improving cash flow. The Director provides analytical analysis to senior management and is responsible for developing written guidelines, policies, procedures and work processes related to Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) functions.

Qualifications

Education

A 4-year degree in Business, healthcare administration or related field or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Ten or more years of experience in revenue cycle management
• No less than five years of experience in a management position. Must have strong managerial competencies in the areas of team development, managerial coaching and mentoring and have the ability to build high-performance teams.
• Strong background in financial management and knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements related to healthcare management.
• Must have good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and adept in interpreting strategic vision into an operational model.
• Must be an effective communicator with strong oral and writing skills.
