Position Overview

The Medical Director provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to CFR's psychiatric staff, ensuring the highest quality of psychiatric care within the organization. As a key member of the Clinical Leadership Team, the Medical Director represents Are you a psychiatrist who wants to make an impact beyond the therapy room? Key Responsibilities

Psychiatric Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise CFR psychiatrists
• Oversee management of psychiatric clinical practices.
• Facilitate training and professional development of psychiatric staff to improve performance and quality of care.
• Provide leadership and direction in certain clinical situations involving staff therapists, working with the Clinical Leadership Team and Office Directors

Required Qualifications

Board-certified and licensed psychiatrist

Minimum 5 years post-residency / fellowship experience
