This is a fully remote full-time role with options to work onsite (we have offices in Palo Alto, Toronto, and New York). This is an opportunity to learn and grow at the intersection of AI, SEO, and media. The role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly comfortable with change and ambiguity. You’ll join a team that’s learning and building in real-time.

In this role, your responsibilities will evolve, but you’ll take on a wide range of projects, from strategic media outreach to content strategy and community engagement. What You’ll Do Engage with our audience : execute strategies on community channels (like Reddit, Trustpilot, etc.), monitor app reviews and feedback, respond to comments, identify trends, and flag insights for product and engineering teams.

Drive Organic Growth : contribute to our SEO and AEO strategies, including experimenting with new AI-assisted workflows.

Handle Public Relations : work on day-to-day PR operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets. Monitor news cycles, update media lists, track coverage, and build relationships with key journalists.

Ideal Profile You have hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms.

You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or a related field.

Resourceful & Proactive : you’re fast, curious, and bring solutions, not just problems.

Agile : you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities while evolving with media and tech landscapes.

Determined : you’re persistent and adaptable in the face of setbacks.

Bonus : experience in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
