About the Role

This position will report to : 670 Deer Rd - Suite 202 - Cherry Hill, NJ 08034

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Stone Countertop Templater to join our Production team. In this role, you’ll create accurate digital templates for custom stone countertop installations using advanced measuring tools and CAD software. You’ll collaborate closely with customers and our production team to ensure every project meets the highest standards of precision and quality.

What You’ll Do

Take detailed measurements using laser devices, digital templating tools, and CAD software .

Create precise templates to guide fabrication of countertops.

Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Document all measurements and upload project details into our system.

Collaborate with production staff to ensure seamless transition from template to fabrication.

Maintain and calibrate equipment for accuracy.

Uphold safety practices and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in templating countertops or related work (cabinetry, flooring, or custom installations).

Knowledge of construction / fabrication techniques for stone, quartz, granite, or marble.

Proficiency with CAD software and digital measuring tools .

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and an eye for aesthetics.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 60+ lbs.

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive movements.

Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for precision work.

Willingness to work in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
