Refrigeration Installation Coordinator - Kentucky
As a Refrigeration Installation Coordinator, you will manage new store / remodel supermarket refrigeration installation projects for parallel rack refrigeration systems, HVACs, cases and equipment across multiple prototypes / refrigeration system types. This includes, but is not limited to : project planning, design, management, programming, monitoring and reporting to meet business area project objectives. Additional responsibilities include : planning tasks and milestones for electricians, equipment manufacturers, and refrigeration contractors; overseeing pipe installations / case change outs and determine that contractors are adhering to all scope, safety, and installation requirements; reviewing installation of all refurbishment, piping, electrical / EMS installation, programming and creating punch lists for all remaining concerns.

Required Qualifications
HVAC or Refrigeration Trade school completion or its equivalentOne of the following combinations of experience :At least eight (8) years of experience working in supermarket refrigeration construction with at least 2 CO2 and Glycol installations ORAt least three (3) years of experience in supermarket refrigeration construction AND at least three (3) years of experience as a Publix Refrigeration Technician 3 ORAt least five (5) years of experience as a Publix Refrigeration Coordinator 2 and demonstrated competency in Refrigeration Construction ManagementAdvanced knowledge of Emerson / E2 / Danfoss / Prodigy Controller Programming Systems and LanguagesIntermediate knowledge of Project Management software programsIntermediate knowledge of SAP / Fiori and Microsoft Office; ExcelKnowledge of construction trade terminologies / safety and OSHA regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsKnowledge of project management methodologiesExcellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenStrong leadership and negotiation skillsEPA Universal licenseValid driver's licenseWillingness to work flexible hoursAbility to lift / lower / climb ladders and walk roof topsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business or analytical disciplineTen (10) or more years of experience working in supermarket refrigeration construction with at least 2 CO2 and Gylcol installations OR five (5) or more years of experience working in supermarket refrigeration AND five (5) or more years of experience working as a Publix Refrigeration Technician 3Knowledge of Publix Facilities departmental processes and organizational structurePerformance measurement skillsExpert knowledge of Emerson / E2 / Danfoss / Prodigy Controller Programming Systems and LanguagesHours of Work

Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
