Murgado Automotive Group , one of America’s most exciting automotive groups, is hosting a  Career Fair  for our growing and vibrant  Business Development Center -  the heartbeat of our dealership group and a core revenue and loyalty driver!

We are on the prowl for friendly and professional communicators, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

Join  us on  October 23 & 24 , from  10am to 3pm , at  Ocean Cadillac 17800 Ipco Road, Miami, FL 33162,  to meet our BDC Director and hiring managers, and to learn more about our  BDC Sales  and  BDC Service  career opportunities and how you can forge a long-term and lucrative career within a supportive team environment!

What You’ll Do :

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with sales or service inquiries.

Follow up on leads and schedule sales appointments and service visits.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.

Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to meet client needs.

What We’re Looking For :

A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required).

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!

Pay : up to $20.00 per hour PLUS Commission

Expected hours : 40 per week
