Project Executive - Heavy Civil Construction

Urgently hiring either an experienced PX or a very (very) strong Sr PM with significant water / wastewater treatment plant experience for a civil shop in the Worcester MA area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for heavy civil construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
