Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Med Surg department, you will deliver patient-centered care by employing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with a skilled healthcare team, you will ensure high-quality care aligned with clinical protocols and physician orders while maintaining a nurturing environment for patients and their families.
Essential Functions

0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or relevant student clinical rotations in acute care.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of nursing processes and clinical practices.Ability to conduct thorough assessments and effectively communicate findings.Proficient in medication administration with an eye for monitoring side effects.Excellent communication skills for working within interdisciplinary teams.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in documentation.Knowledge of safety standards and infection control measures.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse state licensure required; compact state licensure preferred.BCLS - Basic Life Support certification required.ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred; refer to unit-specific guidelines for additional requirements.
