Coverage Needed : As soon as credentialed - ongoing Morning, Mid, and Night 10 hour shifts Rotation schedule Duration of need : 1 year Clinical Information : Number of beds : 173 Average patient census : 85 Daily Admissions : 16.9 Annual ER admissions : 3240 Normal acuity Follow up cases : outpatient Support Staff : Nursing, APP's Average Patient Census : 89 Standard ER patients Required : DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified ABEM will accept Non-ABEM if provider has EM experience Active KY License Willing to consider new grads Required Procedures : Standard ED procedures Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
