EXOVATIONS Architectural Designer works with sales team members creating unique exterior design options for potential clients' homes using Adobe Photoshop and other 3D rendering tools. Working in our Cumming office the Architectural Designer has the exciting opportunity to be the company's design advocate and help grow the design / build component of our business.

Job Duties :

• Create exceptional exterior design options using EXOVATIONS material options in several different styles including modern, traditional, farmhouse, rustic, etc.
• Accountable for keeping current trends, style and products.
• Present designs with sales team members to potential clients in the Design Center for their "Reveal" appointments.
• Collaborate with team to complete deck and porch construction drawings and site plan edits for permitting.
• Translate designs into Cad drawings when needed for permitting.
