Engineering Manager

Job Description : An exciting opportunity for a skilled Engineering Manager to join a thriving Manufacturer in Clinton, TN. The Engineering Manager leads engineering initiatives within a die casting manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation. This role requires expertise in project planning, die design, and process control, with a strong background in Japanese automotive manufacturing standards.

Salary

$90K to $125K DOE

Travel

Availability to travel Internationally 1-2 weeks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience and high school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in die casting or related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and / or boards of directors.
• Strong knowledge of die design, metallurgy, and process optimization.
• Leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IATF and ISO Standards
