Job Types : Full-time or .8 FTE (32 hours per week)

Salary : $36.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule : M-F, 8-4 : 30

Paid On-Call : Some, nights and weekend rotations

Work Location : Within and surrounding areas of Edgerton, Wisconsin

Requirements :

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home health preferred
