Position : Seasonal Clerk, Part-Time

Employment Term : Seasonal Temporary (October - December 2024)

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Embrace the Miss Lucille’s brand and delight customers with your knowledge of our diverse range of goods.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and prioritizing their needs.
• Handle retail transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our Point of Sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and throughout the store.
• Assist customers with heavy / large items and ensure their shopping experience is seamless.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for customer service and store recovery.
