Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas, is seeking a BC / BE Gastroenterologist to join our growing team and help expand access to high-quality GI care for the communities we serve.
Position Highlights :
- Join 2 experienced GI physicians (25+ years each) – both perform ERCP & are open to mentoring
- Support from 4 APPs (2 in clinic, 2 in hospital)
- Busy, well-established practice with 5,000+ endoscopy cases annually
- Clinic within 0.5 mile of hospital & GI lab
- 4 procedure rooms in Endoscopy, SGNA-certified GI nursing staff
- Flexible Workload includes 3.5–4 days procedures, 0.5–1 day clinic, 0.5 day admin
- Strong specialty support : Surgical Oncology, Pathology, General Surgery
- Committee opportunities available (quality, safety, service line leadership)
