Minimum Six Months Tractor Trailer Experience

Violating State Or Local Law Relating To Motor Vehicle Traffic Control (Other Than A Parking Violation) Arising In Connection With A Fatal Accident

Driving A CMV Without A CDL Or CLP

Driving A CMV Without The Proper Class Of CLP Or CDL And / Or Endorsements For The Specific Vehicle Group Being Operated Or For The Passengers Or Type Of Cargo Being Transported

Violations Concerning Railroad Crossings While Driving A CMV

No Speeding 15 Mph Or More Over Posted Speed Limit In The Last Year In Any Vehicle

If Only Six Months Experience - No Accidents In Any Vehicle Allowed

Number Of Jobs : No More Than Four In The Past Three Years

No More Than Two Jobs Within The Last Year

No Terminations For Safety In The Last Year
