Role Summary

The Molecular and Cell Biology Senior / Principal Research Associate role involves conducting in vitro studies to evaluate the properties of novel protein therapeutics. The candidate should have hands-on experience with cell cultures, flow cytometry, and immunoassays. The candidate will be part of a highly cross functional group in Seattle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of experiments, analysis, interpretation of data, and communication to key stakeholders.
• Perform immunological and cellular bioassays including cell isolation, cell binding, proliferation, immune cell activation, and cytotoxicity assays using methods including flow cytometry, luminescence, live cell imaging, and cytokine analysis (MSD and ELISA).
• Ensure that a complete and timely record of experiments is maintained in electronic lab notebook
• Work with colleagues to maintain laboratory in good working order as well as uphold standards of safety.
