Pharmacy Quality Program Manager Michigan

Summary :

We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to oversee the Quality Management Program (QMP) across retail, infusion, specialty, and treatment navigation operations. This leadership role ensures compliance, continuous improvement, and excellence in patient care and safety.

Schedule :

Full-time, Monday Friday

Based in Michigan

Responsibilities :

Lead the design, implementation, and management of the QMP across multiple service lines

Develop and update policies and SOPs to meet URAC, ACHC, CMS, PBM, and other standards

Define, track, and report KPIs through dashboards and quality reports for leadership

Oversee incident reporting, Good Catch program documentation, and follow-up

Conduct trend analysis, root cause investigations, and system-level risk assessments

Implement CAPA processes and coach staff in Just Culture principles

Collaborate with leaders across retail, infusion, specialty, IT, marketing, finance, and billing

Serve as administrator of the QMP and report progress to executive leadership

Support training and staff development, including student and intern rotations

Perform pharmacist duties as needed

Requirements :

Advanced healthcare degree (PharmD, RPh, RN, or equivalent)

Active Michigan license required

Minimum 5 years of healthcare quality leadership, preferably in pharmacy operations

Expertise in quality improvement methods, risk management, and accreditation standards

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Certifications :

CPHQ Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality

Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or CLHP

CMQ / OE Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence

CCEP or CHC Compliance & Ethics credential (optional)
