Create and lead training programs that bring consistency, warmth, and professionalism to every service
Encourage innovation and ownership at every level
Oversee daily service and ensure smooth coordination across all departments
Champion a warm and memorable guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality
Manage employee benefits and handle related HR inquiries with care and discretion
Oversee payroll and ensure timely, accurate processing
Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Maintain the integrity of the restaurant’s identity in everything from operations to atmosphere
