Location : Erlanger, KY

Work Hours : 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm

Compensation : $16.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting our client through thorough document review and quality assurance tasks. Your contributions will positively impact the organization you support, and you will have the chance to demonstrate your successful administration abilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Providing essential production services to client operations through administrative tasks focused on Quality Assurance.
  • Receiving and processing documents from both electronic and hard copy formats with precision.
  • Reviewing documents to ensure they follow internal processes while identifying any missing information.
  • Classifying documents and their purposes to develop a comprehensive information database.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to foster positive client relationships.

Requirements for Success :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Good IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capacity to multitask while adapting to changing priorities.
