As an Innovation Concepts Creator at Vibram's Boston Connection Lab, you'll have the chance to sharpen your design and concepting skills while contributing to the advancement of Vibram's innovation platforms for some of the most iconic footwear brands in the world.

Reporting to the Innovation Creative Lead, this entry-level, hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on making, experimenting, and rapid prototyping. You'll flex your skills in multidisciplinary design and methods of make focusing on digital product design, and 3D modeling. You'll collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team of Market Leads, Designers, Developers, Innovators, and Performance Experts in a dynamic creative space that also serves as a hub for industry and consumer events.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create innovative performance solutions in collaboration with the dedicated innovation team.
• Develop detailed footwear designs and technical packages to support emerging innovation platforms.
• Build and deliver compelling design project briefs for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Research and analyze diverse consumer needs, market trends, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

60,000-80,000 + Bonus
