Overview

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements.
  • Use recruiting tools effectively.
  • Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
  • Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of gpac training.

    • Benefits and Compensation

    Base salary begins at $35,568 annually, with potential to earn between $40,000 and over $500,000 annually through commissions, which are uncapped. After the initial period, eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and 401(k) plan is available.
