About Us :

We are regional distributors of meat room equipment and supplies, providing repairs and support for our existing customers. With over 25 years of experience, we’ve built a reputation for quality work. We are a growing company, having recently opened our third warehouse, and are looking to expand our team with service technicians and route salespeople.

Responsibilities :

Perform repairs and maintenance on meat room equipment for customers.

Travel to customer locations as required, often staying overnight.

Follow company procedures and safety standards when handling equipment.

Participate in performance-based bonus programs once fully trained.

Learn and adopt company-specific methods for service and sales.

Qualifications :

Willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and grow with the company.

Clean driving record (company vehicle provided with fuel and maintenance covered).

Ability to pass a drug test and consent to a background check.

Comfortable getting hands dirty—work involves blood, meat, grease, and oil.

Experience in service tech, route sales, or as a meat cutter is a plus, but not required.

Prior experience with our niche field—we provide full training and pay during the training period.

Experience working independently—support and resources are always available.
