LOCATION : Saint Francis Hospital, Vinita Campus, 735 North Foreman Street, Vinita, Oklahoma 74301.

Job Summary : Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment, progressing patient treatment as appropriate, and carrying patient load that reflects productivity standards.

Job Responsibilities :

Provides clinical patient care by : Initiating and administering appropriate treatment, progressing patient treatment as appropriate and carrying patient load that reflects productivity standards.

Evaluates patient accurately & plans appropriate treatment.

Delegates, as appropriate, patients to RPTA or other support personnel.

Assists with P.T & also assists with training of new P.T.

Required Skills & Experience : Zero (0) - six (6) months of related experience.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families.

Ability to read, analyse and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting.

Required Education : Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Required Certification & Licensure : Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure.

OR

Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
