Salary : $25 - $35 DOE

We are seeking a HVAC Install Lead or Helper who is motivated, hard-working, with mechanical aptitude, takes pride in their trade and has a desire to learn! Daily responsibilities include install of ductwork and equipment, moving material, cleaning duties, and your fellow installers. You will work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Essential Job Functions :

• Assist with the installation of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and cooling units for new construction residential systems
• Assemble and seal duct-work
• Properly hang ductwork and associated fittings straight, plumb, and level
• Cut in and install take offs
• Install round pipe and associated fittings
• Properly terminate flex to registers
• Good working knowledge of blueprints, system layout, and duct design
• Set and install rooftop units
• Set / mount equipment, rough-in and trim duct systems, condensate piping, control wiring
• Good time management to stay on task and on schedule
• Must have your own, and be able to properly use, sheet metal tools (including cordless drill
• Maintain a professional appearance
• EPA / CFC certified
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision
• Participate in any provided training opportunities
• Other duties may be assigned

Compensation & Hours

Starting wage of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Depending on Experience

Hours : 7 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)

Days : Monday - Friday

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
