Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions :

• Supports the Strategy and Implementation team on tracking clinical project deliverables as assigned
• Develops a SharePoint framework to catalog new business-related artifacts and trains teams on how to utilize
• Develops process workflows and presents to the enterprise CM leadership team
• Analyze Data to support various business goals and objectives

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills :

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Effective listening and critical thinking skills

Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information

Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Licensure and Certification : None

Working Conditions :

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range : $35,200.00 - $56,200.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
