Summary :
Provide daily and consistent leadership in promoting and realizing Rosenboom goals through teamwork. Coordinate the daily activities of paint line employees. Represent Rosenboom, work with management and / or supervisory personnel and team members, demonstrating a commitment to growth and achievement, and overseeing quality of paint line product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides daily and consistent leadership in the promotion and realization of company goals;
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, and skill of personnel;
- Monitor employees’ work levels;
- Represents Rosenboom in the interpretation and application of Rosenboom policy;
- Adheres to all Rosenboom policies;
- Develop, implement, and evaluate routine maintenance procedures;
- Assist in accident and injury investigations;
- Conduct or arrange for employee training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use;
- Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employees safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules;
- Inspect finished work to meet Rosenboom standards;
- Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts;
- Models and encourages mutual respect among Rosenboom employees;
- Informs assigned manager of any problems or concerns specific to personnel;
- Meet with internal and external vendors and suppliers to discuss products used in repair work;
- Perform tasks in production as needed and directed by manager;
- Is a productive member of his / her workgroup and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements / procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area, in order to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees; and,
- Habits of good attendance and punctuality are an essential responsibility of all Rosenboom job positions.
Education and / or Experience : ;
High school diploma or GED, preferred; and,Three to six months relative experience and / or training required.Competencies :
Use of mathematics to solve problems;Demonstrate ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;Determines the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job;Demonstrates and understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;Demonstrates or has the ability to obtain a working knowledge Microsoft Office and Vantage software;Gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times;Determine causes of operating errors and decide what is needed to correct the problem;Interpret of mechanical drawings, and blueprints;Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
