Position Summary :

• The Property Maintenance personnel is responsible for ensuring AYA properties are maintained in a manner that is dignifying to youth and meets state, local and funder compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and professionalism. Experience in property management or construction is a must.

What you'll be doing in this role :

Coordinates and assists in the renovation of newly acquired properties.

Performs work orders in a safe and timely manner, which may include, in order of priority, emergency, on-call, make-ready, preventative, inspection, routine or resident request repairs.

Inspects property for improvements and repairs and reviews with supervisor; immediately reporting unsafe conditions.
