Civil Engineer - Land Development

Position Overview :

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Civil Engineer or civil project manager with significant drafting experience to join our Land Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-family, retail, and commercial projects, and be capable of transforming design concepts into construction drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities include :

Perform design services related to conceptual roadway and site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control in conformance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
Provide project support to other engineers, including planning, organizing technical information, preparing reports, and performing calculations.
Provide construction field support services.

Qualifications :

At least five years of direct Civil Engineering design experience, focusing on multi-family, retail, commercial, or industrial site development projects.

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

Significant experience with AutoCAD / Civil 3D.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus but not required.

Benefits :

Additional Details :

Salary range : $90,000 - $140,000 base plus bonuses.

Must be a Utah local candidate; no remote work or relocation assistance.
