About the Role
- Please note this role will be primarily remote but candidates must be based on the west coast, ideally in California, for crossover with the AU team
Your Growth Path
Within 3 months :
Own founders' calendars, inboxes, and meeting prepBuild operating systems in Notion / Slack / HubSpot for project visibilityEnsure every meeting has agenda, prep, and documented outcomesWithin 6-12 months :
Run operating cadence (exec syncs, hiring pipeline, investor updates)Own high-impact cross-functional projects across product, customer success, or growthBuild dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership decisionsLead investor relations, board prep, and external event coordinationResponsibilities
Founder Effectiveness
Manage calendars, meetings, inboxes, and logisticsPrep agendas and decks for internal / external meetingsDrive action item follow-throughnothing falls through cracksSynthesize complex information into clear decision briefsAnticipate needs and eliminate frictionSystems & Operations
Maintain and enhance Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Google Drive workflowsBuild trackers and dashboards for project visibilityAutomate low-leverage tasks and establish scalable frameworksProcess expenses, subscriptions, and vendor invoicesTrack SaaS costs for optimization opportunitiesFinancial & Board Reporting
Compile financial KPIs (ARR, ACV, burn multiple, runway, CAC, LTV)Draft monthly / quarterly board packs with metrics and highlightsSupport ESOP administration and vesting schedulesManage insurance renewals (D&O, liability, cyber)Strategic Projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives in product, ops, customer success, growthCreate sharp communications for internal decision-makingSupport hiring, onboarding, and culture initiativesConduct strategic analysis and competitive intelligenceExternal Relations

Youre a recent MBA graduate (or equivalent experience) with :
