developing,deployingandoptimizingprocessesandequipmentfor
manufacturingtoachievequalitycostanddeliverygoalsforits
customer’sproducts.
Performstaskssuchas,butnotlimitedto,thefollowing :
Experiencewithliquidcooling.
Identifyandmanageallnewcustomer-specificprocessandequipmentdevelopmentprojects.
Developthescopeofalltechnicalwork,coordinatetheteam,
evaluateandsupportprioritizationofworkassignmentsandassist
withproblemresolutionforthefullcustomerproductlifecycle.
Supportallmanufacturingtechnicalissuesrelatedtothecustomer’s
product(s)fromproductconceptiontoproductobsolescence.
Evaluate,optimizeandnegotiatetradeoffsforDFXissueswith
suppliers,customers,supplychainandequipmentleaderstodeliveracost-optimizedtotalmanufacturingsolution.
Evaluatepotentialmanufacturingimpactsaffectingsafety,cost,
qualityordeliveryforeachdesignconcept.
Evaluatesuppliers'capabilityandcapacitytomeetproduction
scheduleandcosttargets
MayalsobeconsideredtheSubjectMatterExpertinthecompanyforspecificsub-sector(s)ofmanufacturing.
Developbestpracticestandards,participateinindustryorganizationsfordevelopingthestandardsandprovidetrainingandapplication
supportglobally.
Must have an engineering degree, preferably EE or ME and masters degree.
