Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN to provide quality care to patients in the Lillington, NC area. This role involves performing OASIS assessments, delivering skilled nursing care, and documenting all visits using Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Key Responsibilities :

Conduct home health assessments, admissions, and discharges

Complete OASIS documentation with accuracy

Deliver skilled nursing interventions and educate patients / caregivers

Maintain timely and detailed documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Ensure compliance with agency guidelines and Joint Commission standards

Qualifications :

Active RN license in North Carolina

At least 2 years of RN experience, with 1 year in home health

Required : OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) proficiency

Reliable vehicle, drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
