Centralized Sales Coordinator

The Centralized Sales Coordinator will remotely manage all group and function room bookings from inquiry to post-stay follow-up, along with thorough sales communication with the on-property teams related to such inquiries, for an assigned portfolio of hotels. Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned by the VP of Sales, including but not limited to following up on prospecting for new business via phone and email, and acquiring other hotels in addition to the assigned portfolio when necessary. Given that the Centralized Sales Coordinator is a liaison between Naples Hotel Group and its clients, excellent writing skills, concise verbal communication, and listening skills are necessary. This role is located on-site, based in our Oldsmar / Tampa Corporate Office.
