Travel to Office expectations
For Remote Roles : If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and / or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles : If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office / location specified in the job listing. We are seeking a seasoned UX leader who is passionate about healthcare problem spaces and can drive the success of UX efforts from end to end. You have overall accountability for exceptional User Experience strategy across the product portfolio to drive successful product adoption and customer retention. You will set and implement mid to long-term strategy for critical end-to-end user journeys as a key function of product development and directly manage a team of UX professionals, including fostering advancement in productivity, collaboration, and capability with emergent Ai technology. You will work with executives cross-functionally to translate real-world customer feedback to value delivery, focus team efforts on strategic priorities, and influence decision-making to prioritize user-centered design.
