The Role at a Glance

This position will develop, maintain and execute complex implementation plans to satisfy clients' service needs and achieve business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to build strong relationships and implement plans.
  • Advocate for customers and influence project directions.
  • Provide information, education, and training on processes and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry developments and trends.
  • Champion organizational initiatives and process improvements.

What we're looking for

Required experience includes a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years of relationship management experience.

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 – 5+ Years of experience in relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Preferred experience includes a FINRA Series 6 license and strong analytical skills.

  • FINRA Series 6 license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be consultative with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills.

    • Travel requirements : up to 20%.
