Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Specialist to manage client relationships and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with enterprise clients to support their business objectives

Serve as a liaison to ensure operational excellence and facilitate client program enhancements

Provide consultative support throughout the onboarding and project life cycle, addressing client inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, human resources, or operations

Strong operational and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience with VMS, ATS, or Background Screening systems preferred
